As consumers become more environmentally conscious, it is important for businesses to take steps towards sustainability. At Glow ®, we recognise the impact that our packaging can have on the environment and have made a commitment to using sustainable packaging.
Our supplement bottles are made of glass, which is a fully recyclable and eco-friendly material. But we take things one step further, and our glass bottles are made from previous glass bottles. This means that we are not only reducing our carbon footprint by using recycled materials, but we are also keeping these materials out of landfills.
In addition to our glass bottles, we use aluminum lids that are also made from previous bottles. Aluminum is infinitely recyclable, which means it can be recycled over and over again without losing its quality. By using recycled aluminum, we are reducing the amount of energy needed to create new materials, as well as the amount of waste that ends up in landfills.
But our commitment to sustainability doesn't end there. Our packaging boxes are made of corrugated cardboard that is FSC® certified, meaning that the materials used come from responsibly managed forests. The cardboard also has at least 70% recycled content and is 100% recyclable and biodegradable. This means that our packaging boxes can be reused, recycled, or even composted, reducing their impact on the environment. We love putting our boxes at the bottom of our flower beds!
In addition to our sustainable packaging, we also take steps to reduce our overall carbon footprint. We use renewable energy sources to power our facilities and have implemented measures to reduce our energy consumption. We also partner with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability, ensuring that our entire supply chain is as eco-friendly as possible.
