Your Favourite Avocado Toast

Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 50g spinach and rocket leaves
  • 1 slice of sourdough bread
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Slice of lime
  • Bagel seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Coarse salt
  • Black pepper
Instructions:
  1. Toast your sourdough until golden and firm.
  2. Slice your avocado in half and remove the pit.
  3. Rinse the rocket and spinach in cold water and leave to drain.
  4. Peel your garlic clove and rub on the sourdough.
  5. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil on the sourdough.
  6. Place the lettuce on the sourdough.
  7. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the lettuce.
  8. Place both halves of the avocado, with the pit hole facing up.
  9. Generously shake your bagel seasoning over the avocado.
  10. Season with coarse salt and black pepper to your preference.
  11. Squeeze your slice of lime over the avocado.
